Volunteer Hours

Hours required by level:

Learn to Skate/Learn to Play : no requirement

Mite (8u) : 10 hours

Squirt (10u) & above : 24 hours

Maximum per family is 40 hours.

To receive $50 incentive on next year’s registration per family, you must work 10 hours in addition to the requirements listed above.

If you are exempt & want to earn the incentive you need to work 10 hours in concessions, raffle table or beer booth.

Families have from May 1st - April 30 to complete their hours. All teams are required to work one major fundraiser throughout the year, the event will be communicated to the teams at the parent meeting at the beginning of the season.

A check is required from each family, the check needs to be postdated to April 30. Required check amounts are: Mite $250, Squirt & older $600. The check needs to be provided to the volunteer hour coordinator at the parent meeting at the beginning of the season. Once hours are completed, the families will be contacted by the volunteer hour coordinator. If the hours are not completed, the check will be cashed. If a portion is owed back to the family, the check will be mailed within 30 days of April 30.
